• Bachelor’s in civil engineering (4 Year Engineering Degree)
• Full NSW Driving Licence • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Tendering, Design and Construction management of Infrastructure & Building projects
• Demonstrated experience in Contract Administration of Design and Construction projects
• Demonstrated experience of working with TfNSW and local council projects • Willing to relocate to Regional Area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in using and implementing of Australian Standards and TfNSW Specifications
• Proficient in MS Office suite with Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills include but not limited to using pivot tables, V-lookup, creating macros and understanding VBA, MS Project and Outlook
• Experiences in using Design Software including AutoCad, Revit, Civil 3D, Staad
• Pro, Etabs
• Experience in managing day-to-day office admin, website management skills such as basic graphic design, layout concepts and an understanding of different web technologies
Key Accountabilities Tender/Bid Management/Coordination ? Tender/ Proposal Preparation, Coordination and Submission ? Read and understand architectural and engineering design plans, specifications, tender and other relevant documentation ? Coordination of multiple tender/proposal submissions in conjunction with construction and design teams and business partners ? Cost estimation for building and infrastructure type projects including communicate with suppliers ? Prepare cost-efficient construction methodologies and approaches ? Prepare highly efficient and achievable design and construction program
