Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Required residence status: Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: Accept all the time

Requirements Be confident in reading drawings and preparing BoQ’s Capable of pricing projects from first principles Develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers Prepare and submit tender pricing, returnable schedules and supporting documentation Organise submissions to clients for expressions of interest Negotiate and agree project specific subcontract/supply arrangements Skills Have minimum 5 years’ experience quantity surveying/estimating earthworks projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines Experience in a similar role in Civil Engineering and Earthworks industry Exemplary technical knowledge and analytical skills Good computer skills excel and Microsoft suite Experience
