About the role
The role revolves around the promotion of our Roaring Forties Farms brands in the domestic and international space, cultivating long lasting relationships you’re your customers and being an SME when it comes to the meat game.
You will be a born natural at developing instant rapport with people from all walks of life. You can detect at the click of the fingers the wavelength that someone operates on, and match their energy level. You feel at home talking to anyone from a line cook to a purchasing manager or CEO.
You know that being honest, transparent, and vulnerable are the keys to building trust in relationships. Being clear, concise, and attentive. Under - promising, and over - delivering. Never missing a call. Always being on time. Saying exactly what you do, and doing exactly as you say.
You are an organisational powerhouse, able to keep track of your customers, their orders, shipping details, spec preferences, and forward plan to tick all of their boxes.
You are naturally inquisitive, always looking to learn more about the industry that we’re in, latest developments and new ways of doing things to create a better product and better experience for your customers.
You never give up. Satisfaction comes from the challenge, and if it was easy, then it wouldn't be half as much fun. Your internal engine fuels your passion and your work ethic. But your humility keeps your ego in check and allows you to stay grounded.
