In this role you will be required to, but not limited to: • Act as the central point of contact for business solution design and assist with the facilitation and coordination of solution delivery • Oversee the establishment and management of technical projects within Digital & Information Technology, ensuring that key stakeholders are appropriately engaged. • Work consultatively with end-user and stakeholder groups to understand business needs, using these insights to investigate, and make recommendations regarding potential solutions and implementations including cloud platforms, integrations, migrations, dashboards, and reporting. • Facilitate workshops and/or use data driven insights to support project design and inform decision making processes • Produce required project establishment documentation/process flows in accordance with policies and procedures • Develop functional design specification documents that detail desired outcomes of system enhancement initiatives • Produce technical specifications to communicate end-user requirements using technical terminology to analyst programmers/project team • Manage project risks, finances and dependencies and provide regular, clear reporting on project progress to stakeholders and executive team. • Manage competing company and stakeholder requirements and priorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and within defined budgetary constraints • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system enhancement/development initiatives • Conduct reviews during and post-implementation to identify and resolve issues and improve solutions • Create end-user guides, FAQs and training documents as and when required • Provide assistance to end-users following implementation • Review business operations, practices and processes as directed and investigate/recommend innovative opportunities for improved, efficiency, CX and cost rationalization • Use reporting software tools and systems to collate, organize, aggregate and present data and insights. • Demonstrate a professional level of conduct consistent with Client and Startek values
