Our Opportunity
Providing accurate feedback into the business regarding market dynamics, trends, customer & competitor activities.
Ensure all customers understand the product and service offer including both off-the-shelf (stock) & fabricated lines.
Report any service, stock, delivery or other issues affecting customer service & ensure all ‘Hot Issues’ are communicated back to Management.
Utilise the business NCR system to record all customer complaints or internally identified errors immediately to enable root cause analysis and corrective actions to take place.
Ensure that Internal Sales maintains close working relationships through appropriate communication with other departments, customers & suppliers e.g., new customer prospect leads.

The Right Person
To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:
Tertiary Qualified Engineer or similar
Previous estimating experience preferred, but not essential
Strong CAD proficiency essential
Highly developed customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft office suite ( Pronto experience preferred)
High-level problem-solving skills
