What you'll need to be successful in this role:
Hold a current First Aid & RSA Certificates and have Barista skills (desirable qualities, but not essential, we can work on these with you);
The ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously, prioritising competing tasks, sometimes under pressure;
Flexibility and availability to work AM, PM shifts and on Weekends / Public Holidays;
Have excellent grooming, personal presentation & outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality industry.
