Tasks & responsibilities:
Provide end to end contract administration
Preparing monthly progress claims for multiple projects
Manage all reporting, including monthly project report meetings, proactively advise of any new risks, opportunities or changes, and ensure they are completed within deadlines
Negotiate contract terms and conditions
Demonstrate understanding of local construction practices, methodology, and value of building materials and services
Relationship management between internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors
Requirements & attributes:
Experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably with a builder, structure contractor or similar
Motivated and passionate about improving processes
Exceptional organizational and prioritisation skills
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
Outstanding attention to detail, problem-solving and trouble-shooting abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
