Your contribution and impact:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Clarins team. The role will primarily be responsible for the coordination of promotions and launches in line with the marketing strategy. Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role includes the associated planning and communication imperative for the successful implementation of this strategy. You have a passion for marketing and a desire to grow and upskill in promotional and product management.
Input, update and coordinate Marketing Promotions in multiple formats with accuracy & prompt efficiency
Assist Brand Managers, and collaborate with Logistics & Supply Chain to ensure the Marketing Promotions tracking file correctly reflects promotional activity
Assist Brand Managers with the Design Studio to brief local and retailer asset creation in line with brand guidelines
Assist Brand Managers, and collaborate with Ecommerce to ensure promotional calendar and references are available on time, and in full
Ensure product, assembly codes and briefing are set up in all relevant systems and accurately reflected in the Marketing Promotions tracking file
Organise & run monthly promotional meetings with the marketing team and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely implementation of promotions.
Communicate with the sales team and retailers regarding promotions and launch updates
Support the marketing team with digital asset management, competitor analysis and administrative tasks.
About you
You will have a Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a similar field
Ideally, you can bring 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to product and promotional marketing. However, this is not a prerequisite.
You have Advanced Excel Skills
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You have high attention to detail and a flexible approach with the ability to multitask
You have exceptional organisation skills, project management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
You are a resourceful self-starter who works to capacity at all times
