The Role
This role will enable you to take charge and ensure the efficient operation of your projects. This is a client facing role where you will be working on various construction sites, overseeing development and housing projects, ensuring your team works efficiently and that client expectations are met. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Coordinate all trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
Organise project schedules and allocate resources
Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames
Understand building standards and promote WHS
Exceed client expectations by going above and beyond

To be successful in this role you will have 3 years of experience in a similar role with a residential builder, as well as trade qualifications in building, a current Building Supervisor License and White Card are essential for this role. You will demonstrate highly effective interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and build rapport with all levels of management, stakeholders and most importantly, customers.
