We are seeking an experienced & motivated construction supervisor experienced in all aspects of general building to lead and manage our team of subcontractors. If you are looking for more than a job where your experience, dedication and hard work is appreciated and rewarded, then this is the opportunity you have been looking for. You will need to have the confidence to take on new challenges and experience in managing and motivating your peers. The successful applicant will need to be punctual, self-motivated, possess good communication skills and enjoy working to high standards. You will need to present yourself in a professional manner. You must have a minimum of 5 years of continuous experience constructing new homes (You will be asked to demonstrate your knowledge to reflect these 5 years). You must be well-presented and articulate. You must be able to follow a process. You must have a sound knowledge of the Residential Custom Homebuilding industry. You must be very motivated. You must have a co-operative personality. You must work well as a team. You must be a competitive individual who can't stand to be beaten.
