Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Accept remote work: Accept during COVID-19 restrictions only

Key Responsibilities End to End Accounts Payable including reconciliations. End to End Accounts Receivable including reconciliations. Follow up debtor payments to ensure timely payments. Reconcile credit card statements. Email customer statements. Resolve customer queries. Undertake credit checks for new customers. Provide administration support and attend to incoming calls. Customer service – face to face, via email and over the phone. Actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable You must have an eye for attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate on all levels. Experience in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel) and MYOB. Well developed time management and strong organisational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines whilst assisting colleagues. Demonstrated ability to deal responsibly and appropriately with confidential information. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and dynamic processes Excellent customer service skills – friendly & positive demeanour Please ensure your application includes the following; Cover letter Current resume 2 Referees
