In this role, you will:
Lead, coordinate and collaborate with the local IT Team on corporate application project implementation, and new feature roll-out
Provide on-going consultation to department heads and cinema managers on implementing new features and changes to the operational configuration of Vista
Provide first line application support to cinemas and other departments, liaise with major vendor as necessary
Perform application testing, system setup, user training, and system upgrade
Write and maintain documentation of procedures, user test cases, user manuals, and troubleshooting cases with associated resolutions
Provide help desk support across all channels and assist in areas outside of key discipline where necessary
Maintain SQL databases and assist in maintaining the servers that these operate on

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or equivalent industry experience
Hands on experience in supporting MS SQL and retail point of sales
Experience in Microsoft SQL database management and scripts
Basic skills in MS BI Stack
Experience with MS server 2012 R2, and MS Server 2016 is highly advantageous
Good interpersonal skills, analytical, accountable, and sensitive to business priorities
High attention to detail, proactive, and open to creative solutions
Retail/Hospitality industry experience ideal, though not essential
