About the role The Business Support Office will be responsible for assisting the Overhead Team and the broader business in delivering the unitised works program by completing the administration activities, such as: Providing business support to the group Managing the policies and systems and participate in quality management activities Manage the office and assist in a variety of Business Unit activities Support compliance activities and reporting as required Establish strong relationships About you Demonstrated experience in customer service. Demonstrated experience in an administration role Demonstrated ability to understand and comply with operational policies and procedures Prior experience working within an Electricity Distribution Network highly regarded Managing high volume work with conflicting timeframes / priorities Good written and verbal skills Prior experience working with SAP an advantage Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
