Mandatory Skills: • Strong BPO outsourcing/offshoring experience • Deep understanding and experience in delivering finance processes, Contact Centre solutions and products. • Experience in multiple ERP platforms & Contact Centre systems like SAP, AVAYA • Knowledge of emerging technologies in Finance process transformation and automation • Proven Delivery & Program management experience
• Knowledge of transformation tools, six sigma, analytics and robotics is preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills
Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide business process consulting and transition expertise for finance and accounting processes, data management and contact center support and technology. • Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques, you will be responsible to develop project plan and to cost, resource and manage projects • Understand client’s processes and data requirements, define new processes & controls and work with offshore and onshore teams for deployment and reporting. • Identify and analyze changes to the requirements, conduct business impact analysis and work with client and delivery teams to deploy changes in processes and systems. • Understand the project roadmap, identify and map applicable Cognizant's capabilities to the opportunity and recommend solutions using understanding of transformation levers such as process re-engineering, analytics and robotics • Run project governance with cross functional teams and report on project progress & tollgates • Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business processes, working practices and behavior. • Expectation management of key customer stakeholders
Qualifications & Certifications (Optional): • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline • 10 years of demonstrated experience of program management, transition management or related discipline • Certification in project management frameworks, understanding of analytics & robotics tools is preferred.
