Administrative Officer NSW Government role! Pay rate: $30-36 per hour super Start date: 21/11/2022 End date: 17/02/2023 Key accountabilities: Administrative services to support the needs of the team/unit Diary management Assist with queries in accordance with internal guidelines Execute procurement activities, including raising purchase orders and processing invoices Management of records and databases to ensure they are compliant and accurate Organise the delivery of training events, including scheduling, promotion, attendance, organising facilitators and presenters and preparation of materials. Document and report preparation for management team Skills & Experience Proficient understanding in the use of MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong diary and calendar management skills Ability to arrange and coordinate workshops and events High level of attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment Enthusiastic with an ability to plan and prioritise to meet competing demands and unforeseen issues
