As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support with day-to-day activities, business operations, secretarial and reception duties. This integral role plays a critical part of the business, and will directly support the Office Manager to undertake projects, research, and assist with reviewing processes, systems and development of written procedures.
Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:
Demonstrated administrative experience with a high-level of attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office and Outlook Suite skills
Demonstrated experience undertaking varying duties including typing, answering phones, diary management, scheduling meetings, greeting visitors, stationery, and amenities inventory
Assist in organising travel, events and activities as required
Ability to assist with their international priest program including visa requirements, travel arrangements and support requirements
Experience in documenting detailed tasks, work instructions and processes
Personal attributes required:
High level organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment
Demonstrated capacity to undertake basic research
Professional manner, presentation, and proactive approach to work ensuring deadlines are met
Working with children check (WWCC) is required to be undertaken
