Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa

Accept remote work: Accept during COVID-19 restrictions only

About the Role: This position is a great all round role that will give you exposure to all parts of the business. Day- to-day tasks include: Answering phone calls. Replying to customer service emails. Coordinating daily fulfilment and despatching of orders from Australia Post’s parcel send system. Entering supplier orders into our system. Assisting in stock control. Fulfilling stock on shelves when required. Ad hoc duties as required. Skills and Experience: Provide great customer service through phone and email. Great communication skills. Computer savvy. A great team player. Shopify experience is preferred but not essential. Industry experience/knowledge is advantageous but is not essential.
