Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop maintain and manage Speech Analytics Application. • Develop, test, rectify and implement software to form part of, or for use in connection with the products • Ensure all code to be of high standard and be tested and meets all specification and criteria. • Maintain software code and update/path bugs as required. • Flag any performance issues or bugs that impact proper/optimal performance of software • Documentation of code and applications including but not limited to Test, Approach and Results • Fluent and clear communication to stakeholders with regard to functioning of software developed • Understand and present insights
What skills and background will get you an interview with us: • An IT Graduate with a compelling project or paper submission and an inquisitive mind!! • and experienced Java developer with an IT, Mathematics, Computer Science degree/certification, or qualifications from any other related field. • At least one (1) to two (2) years' experience as either a Business Analyst, Java Developer or Solution Designer, Data Scientist ideally with an IT Consulting Firm or Telecommunications. • In depth knowledge of MySQL • Thorough knowledge in areas such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Test Mining is desired. • Ability to be fluent and confident in performing critical analysis, working well in teams and self-manage ones' workload. • Ability to work in a high paced, high-growth and dynamic environment. (no two days are ever the same)
