DUTIES • Facilitate requirement gathering and documentation. • Work with all stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements. • Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices. • Analysis of gathered information/data and prepare necessary responses in the form of plan and design of the service being offered in conjunction with developers. • Perform system reviews and assessments and recommend current and future hardware and software strategies. • Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for business improvements • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. • Coordination of IT development services and business change management. • Identifying variations and potential high-risk areas as per the SLA’s and recommending corrections. • Responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system • Communicating, educating, and liaising with clients and management to ensure awareness and adherence to standards, procedures and QC issues and activities. • Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software. • Preparation of technical documentation for UAT and final project delivery.
REQUIRED SKILLS Minimum a Bachelor’s degree or higher in ICT or Information Systems. At least 3 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst
