What you will do: Implementation and Project Management Assist in the detailed development of statements of work with other Professional Services team members, the client, BCX, and any required subcontractors. Accountable for the technical implementation and configuration of Genesys software as per the statement of work (SOW) requirements (Build and oversee) Assist Project Managers in scoping and writing change requests Attend SOW review calls with customers Development of best practice standardised processes for the Customer Driven team as it relates to software implementations? Build and grow Customer Driven cloud delivery capability? Provide budgetary quotes for services Contribute to building out the Customer Driven Cloud delivery practice Client Relationships Work with client to understand needs, generate insights and create customised technical solutions Advise customers and internal teams on best practice procedures.? Work with Partners and 3rd party suppliers to ensure that the platform meets customer and technical expectations Skills, Experience & Knowledge A minimum of bachelor’s degree in IT, systems engineering or related field 3+ years’ experience implementing Genesys Cloud 3 software 5+ Years working in the Contact Centre industry Experience in demonstrating Genesys cloud-certified qualifications Experience managing external Client relationships Experience in working with partners and 3rd party suppliers to ensure delivery of client projects Previous experience in project management and meeting deliverables Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills
