Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Duties: • -Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided • -Ensuring operational efficiency within reception and booking systems • -Providing direction and feedback to team members on customer service • -Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services • -Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided • -liaising with other organizational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations • -Creating planning strategies to ensure availability of stock required for jobs while keeping costs low • -Creating and managing a scheduling follow up system for clients to encourage return business • -Creating agreements with customers for maintenance agreements Requirements: • Excellent work ethic • Strong client service skills • Proactive • Responsibility and accountability • Flexible work manner • High efficiency Client Service • Ensure a high level of client service to all clients with a continued focus on exceeding expectations. • Understands and identifies the needs of all stakeholders, including internal and external clients • Reinforces client service expectations and needs • Measures client satisfaction levels and identifies issues • Uses feedback to reinforce client service standards and achieve Improvement Relationships and Business Development • Models professional work standards and behaviours • Sets team goals and objectives aligned with organisational / business requirements • Uses effective time management techniques Expertise • Capacity to consistently deliver a high level of client service and develop and maintain ongoing client relationships. • General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications (word, excel, outlook etc) and industry based computer programs • General understanding of the automotive industry Special conditions • Occasional overtime work may be required • My carry out other duties that are commensurate with the skills and tasks Key Measures • Reliability, quality, efficiency and courteousness of services delivered. • Effective teamwork and contribution to the achievement of team goals.
