Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

RESPONSIBILITIES • Ensure work health and safety is prioritised at all times, by everyone • Prioritise stock health at all times • Successful delivery of the farm’s production and financial goals • Appropriately and respectfully manage your team Successful candidate will have skills and experience of 5+ years (minimum) on a pasture based dairy operation. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE • Dairy farm operations; day-to-day functions as well as seasonal rotations • Appreciation for efficient grass production and impact of growth stages • Dairy cattle health, including identification of health concerns TRAINING & QUALIFICATOINS • Current and valid drivers’ licence • National Certification in Agriculture (Dairy) or equivalent, is desirable but not essential
