Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Duties: • View and analyze drawings and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures • Installing stone as per design and specifications • cutting, shaping and polishing stones using machines and hand tools, and shaping stone to templates • Safely execute lifting of Stone • repairing and maintaining stone in-situ in accordance with stonemason practices • designing and cutting monumental masonry and lettering • constructing walls using stone slabs and large masonry slab blocks • cutting, polishing, joining and installing stone kitchen benchtops, bathrooms and floors • apply screed and waterproofing under supervision.
