Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Responsibilities: This role will be reporting to the Group CFO and actively support the SustainAbility Directors . The responsibilities will include preparation of budgets, quarterly forecasts, cashflow forecasts, analysis and identification of insights to drive business improvement. You will also complete accurate and timely sales reporting, analysis of existing systems and processes and identification of improvements. As part of the month end process you will work closely with the FM to assist with payroll, AP and AR responsibilities. You will enjoy driving change and working with your key stakeholders as a proactive, commercial business partner whilst providing A-grade finance management. Requirements： To be successful in this role, you will have or be close to completing your CA/CPA. You will be an effective communicator who can influence stakeholders and enjoy the responsibility of leading and developing a series of process and systems improvements. Prior experience working within recruitment, professional services or sales-led industries will be highly regarded.
