• Living the company values and making a positive contribution to the organisation’s culture and development. • Develop and coordinate innovative and creative project solutions, concepts, and designs. • Develop and coordination of all project documentation, of the highest quality for full project lifecycle from concept sketches to as constructed drawings. • Site measuring, detailing, and sketching. • Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data. • Prepare project programs reflecting the timely delivery of all project outcomes. • Create 3D models for internal and external spaces and elevations. • Coordinate and deliver error free projects specifications and schedules. • Coordinate and deliver client presentations, drawings, and packages. • Effectively respond to client, builder, and contractor queries before, during and after construction. • Coordinate, integrate and evaluate the work of contractors and consultants. • Research new products for inclusion in concept design and delivery. • Develop and coordinate marketing materials of awards, corporate social medial platforms, and company website. • Contribute to the develop templates, standards and quality control mechanisms for effective project delivery.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
• High level of design development architectural documentation and detailing on commercial, residential, health and retail sector projects. • A minimum 3-years’ experience in an architectural studio environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High levels of proficiency in design and drafting software packages including, but not limited to AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Vray. • High levels of proficiency in MS suite including Project • Excellent spatial awareness and creativity • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects and tasks. • Sound working knowledge of, and ability to apply, relevant Australian Standards, Residential Design Codes and National Construction Codes • Tertiary qualification in Architecture
