Job Description:
1. Responsible for customer reception and consultation, and provide customers with satisfactory real estate consulting services;
2. Accurately grasp customer needs, provide suitable real estate projects and formulate corresponding investment plans for customers;
3. Responsible for follow-up services such as business follow-up and house transfer procedures;
4. Proficient in sales process and relevant detailed services;
5. Tracked industry changes, understood market demands, developed marketing strategies, and worked with the team to achieve goals;
6. Contacted customers regularly, introduced real estate information and analysis to customers, suggested investment trends, and maintained a good relationship of trust.
Job Requirements:
1. Enthusiastic, cheerful, responsible, studious, loving real estate sales industry;
2. Good communication skills in Chinese and English and interpersonal skills;
3. Honest and trustworthy, focus on team spirit, willing to accept work challenges;
4. Sales or real estate related experience is preferred, Certificate of Agent's Representative is preferred.
