Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Requirements: More than 3 years experience is required. Must work weekend and 38+ hours every week. We are after one experienced candidate with below ability. • recruiting, training and supervising staff. • agreeing and managing budgets. • planning menus. • ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines. • promoting and marketing the business. • overseeing stock levels. • ordering supplies. • producing staff rotas. Position will require the skills to run and manage all aspect of the job title and must commitment for long term work.
