Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and staff scheduling. • Train, motivate and lead a team of cafe associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. • Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product offerings and pricing strategies. • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment. • Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and place orders to maintain inventory levels. • Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and drive sales growth. • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. • A degree or diploma in business management or a related field is preferred.
