Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities : • Assist in calculating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies via phone and email or through the supplier’s website. • Overseeing the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation • Discussing food preparation issues and solutions with the restaurant managers, kitchen and wait staff • Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures, making sure procedures are adhered to such as the delicate process of making Wok dishes and Korean BBQ meats • Preparing and cooking food in a timely and organised manner • Explaining and enforcing hygiene and food safety regulations • Selecting and training staff • Freezing and preserving foods, making sure the correct procedure is implemented
