Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Value strong and collaborative relationships with families and team members Skilled at creating a learning "vibe" in a classroom that is unhurried, peaceful and full of good energy A great communicator, able to chat openly and confidently with families Fired up by creating learning environments that are interesting, aesthetically engaging, with the primary focus on the love of learning Able to manage the operational side of the role well, and competent in documenting children's progress. Mentor colleagues and share what makes you great! If you're the person of our dreams there's a good chance you'll have: A completed Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an equivalent approved ACECQA early childhood teaching qualification (ECT) Current CPR and First Aid qualifications, including asthma and anaphylaxis Hold the relevant Working With Children Check (Blue Card) Completed and current Child Protection Training Be knowledgeable about regulations, the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
