Key Responsibilities:
1. Allocations of product and creation of pack to each store tailored to store size and sales history. Weekly replenishment of styles to stores. 2. Monitoring market conditions and sales data to stay up-to-date on changing trends. 3. Management of lifecycle of stock: reviewing trade, stock availability and maximise sales by extending, decreasing allocation and consolidating stores/online stock. 4. Stock reconciliation: work with warehouse and finance to ensure stock levels are maintained and accurate through DEAR via stock adjustments, writing off faulty stock, reviewing all transfers and closing off sales orders. 5. Product management: create product, input booking and order status, shipping dates/status, product/style amendments, quantity changes and send purchase orders to suppler as directed in DEAR. 6. Shipments: track and manage shipments with Expeditors, flag any delays with key stakeholders and update key documents. 7. Invoices: check invoices and packing lists and update purchase orders and buy plan accordingly and communicate issues of over/under invoiced stock vs orders stock. Manage invoice payments with Finance ensuring invoices and paid with supplier terms. Update USD tracker on future payments across supplier balance and deposits. 8. Barcode Information: ensure barcodes and prices are correct across DEAR and Shopify and to share barcode information with suppliers in a timely manner. 9. Management of wholesale open to sell stock: ensuring allocated OTS wholesale stock is transferred to wholesale location once purchase order arrived and maintain locations stock, transferring between main warehouse location/ wholesale location based on sales and product lifecycle. 10. Negotiating with suppliers for purchase, promotion, and supply arrangements. 11. Develop pricing, marketing, promotional, and display strategies. 12. Collaborate with management on long-term planning and sales promotions. 13. Create working plans based on seasonal and budgetary requirements. 14. Anticipate consumer trends and determine quantity, style, and quality of goods to be purchased. 15. Update trade reports weekly. 16. Review sales by category, silhouette and size. 17. Point of contact for retail stores and warehouse regarding stock/systems enquires. 18. Assist in store grading, reviewing and updating at the end of each season (half year). 19. Participate in trade and retail meetings with store performance and trend performance. 20. Communication to warehouse and stores about issues. 21. Training and assisting others in stock management system (DEAR). 22. Managing number of options in store and organising for full price stores to transfer out aged/markdown stock to factory outlet.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field 2. At least 3 years of experience in a retail or fashion-related position 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 5. Ability to work collaboratively and independently 6. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 8.
