Responsibilities:
1. Controlling and managing all aspects of company contracts, including contract preparing, signing, interprets, reviews and negotiates variations, etc. 2. Developing contract management plans/summaries and owning their maintenance throughout the contract lifecycle. 3. Monitoring and communicating details of contracts, identifying and resolving potential issues in respect of the contract. 4. Explain contract terms and conditions to interested parties. 5. Liaising closely with the client/customer throughout the administration process and providing timely and accurate information for them. 6. Promptly managing contract performance, change and and termination in order to prevent company interests from loss. 7. Assisting and supporting in the resolution of contract or commercial disputes with the Customer. 8. Maintaining all necessary registers, contractual documentation and templates.
Requirements:
1) 3-5 years of contract management or similar working experience. 2) Tertiary qualification. 3) In-depth understanding on all aspects of the contracting process. 4) Familiar with all kinds of office software and data management tool software, good adaptability, learning ability, innovation ability. 5) Organised and capable of meeting agreed deadlines. 6) Excellent communication skills, dealing with both an internal team and with customers on a day-to-day basis.
