Position Descriptions: ● We support both adults and children living with Disability ● We support clients 24/7, including overnights and weekends, and public holidays. ● Our services include Independent Living, Home & Community Support as well as our group getaways. ● We have an active support and person-centered approach to ● supporting our clients. ● We assist clients in all aspects of their lives including daily living skills, personal care, household chores, shopping, meal planning, and cooking. As well as promoting choice and control in their life. ● Assisting to build capacity and independence ● Staff must be passionate about making a difference in the life of our clients. Skills and Experience ● Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011) ● Current SA Drivers Licence ● Current NDIS Workers' Clearance or DHS Disability Employment Screening ● Current Child-related employment screening/ Working with Children’s Check ● Certificate 3 in Individual Support or willing to obtain ● Rights to work in Australia ● Through their Eyes/ Child Safe Environments or willing to obtain ● Covid19 Infection Control Training Certificate ● NDIS Workers Orientation Module ● Good level of IT skills and use of smart technology ● Strong communication skills ● Own vehicle and willing to undergo a roadworthy check. ● Must be able to provide Covid 19 triple vaccination proof
