Responsibilities:
Perform on-site project coordination including management of sub-contractors and suppliers
Develop project objectives, responsibilities, specifications and scheduling
Maintain and monitor project progress including collection and analysis of data and preparation of required reports
Assist in the creation of successful Tenders, by analysing scope of works, project proposals, QHSE requirements, project programs and resource planning.
Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all services and/or products.
Conduct work in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures, being aware of the specific safety and environment policies and quality objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or civil Engineering.
Civil construction, Project Engineering or Project Management experience.
Impeccable problem-solving and a high level of organisational skills.
Demonstrate strong attention-to-detail skills, strong maths and business function
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and key stakeholders.
Enthusiastic and motivated worker, happy to get on the tools to learn and/or help the wider team
Set the highest standards of personal safety.
