Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities: Work closely with Engineers on scopes of work for repair. Create working drawings for tendering purposes and local authority submissions. Collaborate with clients and other professionals to ensure repair plans are effective and meet building codes. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance. Requirements: Relevant qualification Proven experience as a draftsperson or building designer. Strong technical and skills, with a focus on residential projects Knowledge of BCA and Residential Timber Framed Construction preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
