Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Responsibilities: • Assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of kitchen functions as required • Assisting in the ordering of food and stock, as required • Adhering to all processes and standards to support the efficient, effective and safe operation of the kitchen • Completing food preparation duties • Completing customer ordering, cooking, plating, service and dishwashing as required • Ensure timely, quality food service standards • Compliance with all Food Safety requirements • Ensure hygienic and secure food storage • Compliance with safe workplace practices
