Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Descriptions: • Experienced in data analysis: you will have a proven ability to collect, collate and analyse information and data from a wide variety of sources and prepare and present reports verbally and in writing to diverse stakeholders. • An expert communicator: you will have high level communication skills and the ability to negotiate, motivate, influence and gain cooperation and assistance from a range of stakeholders both internal and external. • Organised, reliable & efficient: you work well to deadlines and pride yourself on ensuring your work is thorough and consistent. • Autonomous: although you will be working as part of a team who is there to support and train you, you will also be able to work without direct supervision. • Willing to learn: you will have a positive attitude and will take on and seek out feedback. You will be flexible and take ownership of any tasks assigned to you. Responsibilities： • Have either completed your Bachelor of Engineering in a relevant field within the last 12 months, or will be due to graduate in 2023. • Willingness to get your boots dirty - this is role is more than just sitting behind a desk, you will be in the field learning from experienced operational staff • The skills, capability and willingness to analyse problems, evaluate alternatives with a focus on collaborative problem solving • Demonstrated effective communication skills both oral and written • Able to support innovation and process improvement to ensure remains a Regional Leader in this area.
