Property Manager Full time Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring they are maintained and presented to a high standard. • Respond promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries and address maintenance issues in a timely manner. • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including conducting property inspections and negotiating lease agreements. • Conduct regular rent reviews and manage rent arrears. • Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records. • Occasional Saturday work doing open homes Requirements: • Have a current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Certificate • Fluent in both spoken Chinese(Mandarin) and English. • At least 1 year of property management experience • Be a good problem solver with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to work • Possess a valid driver's license and presentable vehicle; • Has a strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and property owners. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
