Large Melbourne Restaurant Chain Group Store Manager Full Time Store Manager Position Responsibilities: Duties will include but are not limited to: - Ensuring the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, employee scheduling, and customer service. - Train and lead team members to ensure they provide high quality food and service. - Manage finances, including tracking income and expenses, creating budgets and reports. - Ensure store cleanliness and sanitation, and adhere to health and safety standards. - Work with upper management to develop marketing strategies and promotions. Requirements: - Relevant restaurant management experience, preferably in the fast food or quick service industry. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Good organizational and problem solving skills. - Good customer service skills. - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
