Finance/HR Specialist
Job Responsibilities
1. responsible for payroll accounting, daily bookkeeping (proficient in xero) and assisting in the preparation of financial statements;
2. Classify expenditures, assist the supervisor to complete the analysis of expenditures and costs, and participate in cost management;
3. keep all kinds of financial documents and bills properly;
4. coordinating recruiting, interviewing and training schedules, and coordinating the scheduling of meetings with various departments;
5. accurately record and track attendance;
6. editing administrative notification documents and assisting in supervising their implementation;
7. comply with the company's rules and regulations, and complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance and related majors.
2. fluent in English and Chinese, especially good at reading and writing English; and
3. sensitive to figures, good at finding problems and solving problems; 4. familiar with the use of financial software.
