Position Responsibilities:
Teacher recruitment and onboarding management: according to the needs of each department, broaden the recruitment channels, arrange interviews and onboarding procedures.
Teacher team development and support: explore potential teaching talents, keep in touch with part-time teachers on a regular basis to understand their work dynamics and needs, increase teacher satisfaction, and disseminate corporate culture.
Organize staff activities and team building: plan and organize staff activities to enhance team cohesion and sense of belonging.
Administrative support and problem solving: Provide daily HR support, assist administration and other departments in handling staff affairs and solving staff problems effectively.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, HR management is preferred.
2. good communication skills in English and Chinese and teamwork ability.
3. Strong learning ability and independent working ability.
4. be meticulous, well-organized, responsible and have good teamwork spirit.
5. Recruitment experience in education and training industry is preferred.
