Job Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage construction project contracts, subcontracts, and related documents
- Assist the project manager in monitoring contract execution to ensure all terms are fulfilled
- Organize project quotations, procurement documents, change orders, payment requests, and progress payment documentation
- Maintain communication with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to coordinate contract-related matters
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures, and assist with cost control
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with a background in Construction Management, Engineering Management, or related fields
- Preference given to candidates with experience in contract management, project coordination, or related roles within the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction contracts, procurement processes, and project document management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
