Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall planning, organisation, coordination and execution of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard;
- Develop project schedules, construction plans and resource allocation strategies;
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers;
- Oversee progress, quality and safety management on site to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards;
- Manage project cost control, risk management, project reporting and related documentation.
Requirements
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline;
- Relevant work experience in construction project management;
- Strong organisational, coordination and team management skills;
- Ability to drive projects independently and resolve various issues on site;
