Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: None

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job description: 1. Accounts maintenance including customer service; 2. Invoicing and mailing； 3. Accounts receivables; 4. Bookkeeping and Bank reconciliation; 5. Preparing GST report 6. Internal and external (suppliers and customers) communication 7.Experience in BAS is a plus. To be a part of our team, you need to have: 1. Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills – written and verbal (English and Chinese) 2.Relevant experience of the similar role is preferred 3. A good eye for detail, able to prioritize and multitasking 4. Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment 5. Customer service experience is preferred 6. Bilingual in Chinese and English (Cantonese-speaking is a plus) 7. CPA is preferred
