About the Role
This is not a traditional product sales role.
Your role is to:
Build relationships
Earn trust
Create partnership opportunities
This is a long-term, relationship-driven business development role rather than a quick-close sales position.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Arrange qualified meetings with potential clients
Work closely with the founder in key client conversations
Maintain and develop long-term client relationships
Performance Expectations
Weekly: 10–15 qualified outreach attempts
Monthly: 4–6 qualified meetings
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Is fluent in both English and Chinese
Can communicate confidently with business owners and decision-makers
Is patient and comfortable with a longer sales cycle
Values relationships over short-term wins
Is self-motivated and proactive
Nice to Have
Experience in IT, digital marketing, or SaaS sales
Basic understanding of websites, advertising, and data analytics
