Melbourne-based restaurant chain is recruiting one Training Manager Location: Melbourne, VIC Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for operational training, staff mentoring and management guidance at franchise outlets • Establish, optimise and refine the outlet training system and SOP processes • Assist with training for new store openings and provide on-site operational support • Conduct regular store visits to monitor and follow up on the implementation of store standards • Assist in enhancing store service quality, operational management and team capabilities • Collaborate with various departments at head office to drive the implementation of brand standardisation Requirements: • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in management or training within the catering industry • Experience in the operation of chain restaurant brands or franchise systems is preferred • Excellent communication, coordination, organisational, managerial and execution skills • Ability to adapt to store inspections, on-site training and periodic business travel • Good English communication skills; candidates able to conduct daily work-related communication in English are preferred
