Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry and interior finishing work in accordance with construction drawings, project requirements, and on-site instructions;
- Handle ceiling framing, partition walls, timber/metal framing, fit-out structures, and related installation work;
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, or other building materials;
- Assist in completing ceiling, wall, door frame, baseboard, structural fixtures, and other interior construction projects;
- Inspect work quality to ensure installation dimensions, levelness, structural stability, and appearance meet project standards;
- Collaborate with the project manager, site supervisor, other trades, and subcontractor teams to complete construction tasks according to the on-site schedule;
Job Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, ceiling installation, partitioning, commercial fit-out, or interior finishing;
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings, dimensional annotations, and on-site construction requirements;
- Familiarity with timber framing, ceiling installation, or plasterboard support structures is preferred;
- Strong on-site hands-on skills, measurement abilities, and attention to detail;
- Diligent and responsible, with the ability to adapt to construction site environments and meet project schedule requirements;
