Sydney-based logistics company is recruiting one full-time Management Accountant Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements • Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analyses • Analyse the company’s operational performance, costs and profitability • Compile and analyse operational data to provide decision-making support to management • Monitor key financial indicators (KPIs) • Optimising financial processes and internal controls • Collaborating with operational teams to enhance overall business efficiency Requirements: • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline • 3–5 years’ experience as a Management Accountant or in a related role • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and management accounting • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis skills • Excellent communication skills and business acumen • Experience in the logistics, transport or warehousing sectors would be an advantage
