Key Responsibilities
Book appointments for the sales team and manage calendars
Handle inbound phone and email enquiries from customers and trade partners
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Commercial Manager
Prepare, issue and track compliance and regulatory documentation
Assist with quotes, proposals and sales paperwork
Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM records
Liaise with logistics and internal teams regarding order and delivery status
Maintain customer data and sales reports
Follow up enquiries and ensure timely responses
About You
Experience in sales support, internal sales or customer service
Confident communicating with customers and arranging appointments
Strong attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Professional, reliable and commercially minded
Experience in energy, solar, electrical, plumbing or construction is highly regarded
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (essential)
