About the Role You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, following up leads, building customer relationships and converting enquiries into sales. You will also assist with marketing activities to help grow our brand and generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and social media * Follow up leads and guide customers through the sales process * Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular communication * Prepare quotations and assist customers in choosing the right products * Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise conversion rates * Support marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms * Assist with website updates, promotions and content creation * Work closely with the management team to improve customer experience and sales performance About You We are looking for someone who: * Has proven sales experience with a strong ability to close deals * Is confident following up customers and turning enquiries into sales * Speaks fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Has a good understanding of Australian culture and customer expectations * Has experience in marketing, social media or digital marketing (preferred) * Is self-motivated, organised and proactive * Has excellent customer service skills * Can work independently as well as part of a small team * Holds a valid Australian driver’s licence (preferred) What We Offer * Competitive salary + attractive commission structure * Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing Australian company * Friendly and supportive team environment * Career development opportunities * Full-time position based in Scoresby, VIC
